Friendly, efficient and on time. Scott fitted several locking bolts, hinge bolts, and a British Standard deadlock for which he also reinforced the door with a very neat job. He also serviced and repaired our alarm and installed wireless sensors for the summerhouse. A great job in adverse weather. Very happy with the work.

Very happy with the work. He came on time, Replaced wire in my dirty loft so that the outside bell on my alarm system now works. Worked quickly and without making any mess.Pleasant and helpful. Price was very reasonable and a lot less than an annual burglar alarm service charge I used to pay to a national firm. I would definately use him again if the need arises.

After returning home at 9pm without my keys, I searched online and found Crawley Locks and Alarms, who were one of my local locksmiths. Encouraged by the good reviews on Checkatrade, I gave them call and am pleased to report of a very good experience (it's not often you can say that about a tradesman called out at 9pm!). Scott arrived exactly on time, he knew his stuff and had to do a fair bit of problem solving in order to get the door open (shoot bolts were activated) and rectify the problem - the lock was eventually replaced, but not before he'd thoroughly explored the option of fixing the existing one. He also did other minor remedial work in order to ensure everything worked properly before he left. Scott was careful to take his shoes off before entering and cleared up neatly when he'd finished the job - overall I was impressed and would certainly use his services again
