I do not like having workmen in the house but Martin and the entire team were extremely polite and courteous. Martin helped me with decisions and even helped me sort out boiler problems which occurred whilst they were working in the house. Problems did arise due to age of Cottage but Martin overcame these. Pleased with results and will use them again in the future.

Martin did a good job and pleased with the finished result. We did have some problems on the way and it did go over budget however this was for extra work that no one could foresee like cupboards over the sink which was not in the budget, changing our minds to have a built-in dish-washer a complete kitchen re-wire with extra earthing and plug points. Nevertheless it came in under what we thought it would cost. The kitchen was rebuilt from scratch, re-plastered, re-wired, refitted and decorated, we are pleased with the results. Previous to the kitchen being done Martin re-plastered the back bedroom, walls, ceiling and coving. Would recommend.

It took 3 appointments for Martin and I to finally meet, was given 2 estimates - 1 for the walls to be plastered - 1 for skimmed walls. When we finally met we did not stop laughing and I was happy to have the work done by Crawley Maintenance. Greg came in for 4 days - cleared the walls of paper, filled, sanded, filled until he was happy and then painted walls, ceiling, skirting board, radiators and three doors. Not all of this was requested but Greg liked to be busy. Good company and will be doing halls, stairs and landing soon.
