6 windows replaced and a new back door fitted.
This is the 2nd time we have used the company. The sales person was very thorough and went through all the available options. At no time was there any pressure to make a sale. The installation was well done. Carpets were protected and they made sure that everywhere was cleaned afterwards. Unfortunately after the installers had left there was some very heavy rain and some of the cement was washed out around the windows. A phone call to the company next day and the installer was back that day to redo the cementing. Communication was good and everyone was very courteous. Highly recommend company.

One leaded light bay window + 3 leaded light bedroom windows
Very unhappy with window experience. Complaint sent to Mr Wayne Winford on 12th Dec 2012 - no reply received. Windows scratched, frames have gouges in them. Lead diamond different sizes and didn't match up. Sealant left with bubbles in. Left us with gaping holes and stickers all over the windows for two days because couldn't finish the job. Glass installed upside down. Has taken Crown 8 weeks to rectify mistakes and even now middle two windows in bay are not identical. They blame the people who manufacture their product but this is really not good enough. Why don't they check the windows etc before installing. Take your money before installation will commence. Very poor.

There were problems with the product but we have rectified these. Mostly the complaint was with the lead design not being to their liking. We have changed the units on several occassions but the diamonds cannot line through any better on a bay window. These units were perfectly acceptable to us and we feel that we have bent over backwards to help this couple. We do not take money before installation, we work on a deposit and stage payment basis.
