Refit of bathroom
Carl and his team did an excellent job on my bathroom. We discussed the possibilities for this very small room and he offered several suggestions which made a major difference to the finished job. He gave me a quotation for the labour and this was, in fact, the price I was charged when the job was finished. The price of any extra equipment was agreed beforehand in all cases. He certainly is not one to recommend the most expensive equipment and parts, but the finished job looks and feels immaculate. Carl takes a great pride in his work, as do the tradesmen he used, and all of them were a pleasure to have around. At the end of every day, the house was left tidy and clean. I would certainly not hesitate in recommending CTW to anyone who wants a good job done.

Remove and replace kitchen
Carl was excellent from the start, he worked with us to find the right kitchen to suit or budget. He not only did what we asked but he went WAY beyond what he should have to ensure we were happy. He was so tidy and all the was done to a very high standard I cannot recommend Carl enough. During the design and fit he made multiple suggestions based on his experience and not just what suited him and accommodated multiple changes we put to him without fuss and often without cost.

Installed new kitchen sink and water softener
We required installation of a new kitchen sink and water softener. Carl was very friendly and courteous and installed both within the time he scheduled for the job. The new pipe work under the sink was professionally installed and even with the complexity of the water softener connections, still allowed useful room within the cupboard. Carl cleaned up after himself once the job was complete.

New Kitchen Dining Room
I needed a new boiler and new kitchen fitted plus the wall between the kitchen and dining room removed. I knew how I wanted the new kitchen/diner to look but Julie from Jewel Kitchens listened to my ideas, discussed them with me and refined them and just took the design to another level. Carl project managed the whole job and the subcontractors – Oakley Gas and Heating Ltd and Eclipse Plastering and Decorating, all did really fine work, and were very pleasant and helpful, and the work moved along seamlessly. As for Carl, he takes such pride in his work that he pays meticulous attention to every little detail. He has dealt with each issue quickly and efficiently and has transformed a dark claustrophobic kitchen and underused dining room into a stunningly bright and comfortable kitchen/family room. It is an absolute joy to cook in. I would have no hesitation in recommending CTW wholeheartedly.

New internal doors hung
This is the second time we have used Carl, he fitted our bathroom last year and we asked him back because we were impressed with his service. He has just replaced all our internal doors and we are very pleased with them. As always, Carl was very tidy, hard working and courteous. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and will use him again in future should the need arise.

Complete Bathroom Refit
After ringing around a number of plumbers I was given Carls details from a friend who had recently completed a bathroom refit, I spoke with Carl and within in a week I had a competitive quote and full list of works that would be carried out. Carl's a really trustworthy guy, we chose not to stay at the flat during the refit and had no concerns with giving Carl a set of keys for the duration he was working for us. To say we are pleased with the work Carl has done is an understatement the quality of the finish is excellent and although there were a couple of extras we were always kept informed and these only totalled a few pounds. I would recommend Carl without any hesitation and will be calling him again when we look to refit our kitchen.
