We were very impressed with Carl from our initial contact to the completion of the work.We gave him a set of keys and were happy to leave him in the house. The work, including spotlights, extractor, wall tiling, flooring and installation of the suite and shower was completed on time and to a very high standard. We are very happy with our new bathroom and would not hesitate to use Carl again or to recommend him to others.

Carl did a very professional job and I am very pleased with the end result; my new bathroom looks fantastic. His quote was competitive and there were no nasty surprises with additional costs - only a small amount which was agreed in advance. Carl is an extremely pleasant young man - polite and very helpful with a happy and cheerful disposition. I would have no hesitation in recommending him - he's very honest and reliable - I was more than happy to leave him in the house and gave him a set of keys. He always locked up afterwards. I'm delighted with all he has done for me - the work was completed to a very high standard. Upon completion, he made a super job of tidying up and left the place spotless.

Carl and his team did an excellent job on my bathroom. We discussed the possibilities for this very small room and he offered several suggestions which made a major difference to the finished job. He gave me a quotation for the labour and this was, in fact, the price I was charged when the job was finished. The price of any extra equipment was agreed beforehand in all cases. He certainly is not one to recommend the most expensive equipment and parts, but the finished job looks and feels immaculate. Carl takes a great pride in his work, as do the tradesmen he used, and all of them were a pleasure to have around. At the end of every day, the house was left tidy and clean. I would certainly not hesitate in recommending CTW to anyone who wants a good job done.

Carl was excellent from the start, he worked with us to find the right kitchen to suit or budget. He not only did what we asked but he went WAY beyond what he should have to ensure we were happy. He was so tidy and all the was done to a very high standard I cannot recommend Carl enough. During the design and fit he made multiple suggestions based on his experience and not just what suited him and accommodated multiple changes we put to him without fuss and often without cost.

We required installation of a new kitchen sink and water softener. Carl was very friendly and courteous and installed both within the time he scheduled for the job. The new pipe work under the sink was professionally installed and even with the complexity of the water softener connections, still allowed useful room within the cupboard. Carl cleaned up after himself once the job was complete.

I needed a new boiler and new kitchen fitted plus the wall between the kitchen and dining room removed. I knew how I wanted the new kitchen/diner to look but Julie from Jewel Kitchens listened to my ideas, discussed them with me and refined them and just took the design to another level. Carl project managed the whole job and the subcontractors – Oakley Gas and Heating Ltd and Eclipse Plastering and Decorating, all did really fine work, and were very pleasant and helpful, and the work moved along seamlessly. As for Carl, he takes such pride in his work that he pays meticulous attention to every little detail. He has dealt with each issue quickly and efficiently and has transformed a dark claustrophobic kitchen and underused dining room into a stunningly bright and comfortable kitchen/family room. It is an absolute joy to cook in. I would have no hesitation in recommending CTW wholeheartedly.

This is the second time we have used Carl, he fitted our bathroom last year and we asked him back because we were impressed with his service. He has just replaced all our internal doors and we are very pleased with them. As always, Carl was very tidy, hard working and courteous. After ringing around a number of plumbers I was given Carls details from a friend who had recently completed a bathroom refit, I spoke with Carl and within in a week I had a competitive quote and full list of works that would be carried out. Carl's a really trustworthy guy, we chose not to stay at the flat during the refit and had no concerns with giving Carl a set of keys for the duration he was working for us. To say we are pleased with the work Carl has done is an understatement the quality of the finish is excellent and although there were a couple of extras we were always kept informed and these only totalled a few pounds. I would recommend Carl without any hesitation and will be calling him again when we look to refit our kitchen.

Bathroom re-fit, February 2011. Carl provided us with competitive quotation for the complete re-fit of our bathroom using products which we supplied. Carl ensured that our home was left clean and tidy every day, he is trustworthy, had good time keeping and communication skills, keeping us informed throughout the project. We were pleased that Carl could project manage the whole job, and were also impressed with the work of his subcontractors. We have been very impressed by the quality of Carl’s work which he clearly takes pride in. We are delighted with the finished result of our contemporary, practical bathroom. We had a complete remodel of our bathroom, stripping out a very outdated room and taking back to brickwork to start again. Carl was a pleasure to work with throughout the whole job, from quotation through to completion. He has a good attention to detail and we are extremely pleased with the end result produced. Where issues arose, which are inevitable on a job of this complexity, Carl always explained to us the issue , it's cause and his proposal to remedy the issue. This level of communication is a great asset to his business as it means we had no surprises at the end of the job. Kitchen designed by Julie of Jewels Kitchens and fitted by Carl and the gang. Julie provides a service that is considerably better than that which we experienced at the major high street chains. She had ideas we hadn't even considered and ultimately chose. The quality of the units and appliances is excellent. Carl and his team provide the complete service absolutely hassle free; skip hire, electrics, plastering, tiling, gas fitting, the works. They were flexible to our last minute changes, like extra sockets and extra plastering. They did a full days work every day, always leaving the place tidy, until the job was finished, The workmanship is impeccable and the attention to detail superb. He is a consummate professional who takes great pride in his work and will not be satisfied with anything less perfect. We recommend, both Carl and Julie, without hesitation and will use them again.

CTW removed my old kitchen and installed a new one, designed by Jewels Kitchens. They completed the work to a very high standard and obviously take genuine pride in the work they do. All the old units were taken away on the first morning - a new tiled floor laid and new units and appliances fitted. The quality of the equipment supplied by Jewels Kitchens was of a very high standard and the design appropriate to the size and nature of the room - there was no awkward squeezing of units into areas into which they did not fit and CTW paid great attention to the finishing touches, such as the colour of grouting. They also arranged all the associated electrical works, which were certified accordingly. The job was completed in just over a week, with very little interruption to the electrical and water services. They attended every day until the job was finished. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend CTW and Jewels Kitchens to anyone considering having work done.

I have used CTW on numerous occasions over the last 2 years for a variety of jobs. They refitted our kitchen which involved replacing the units, work tops, installing an island and fitting the appliances. They have also refitted our bathrooms which involved installing the bathroom suites, power showers, tiling, lighting, towel warmers etc. They have also carried out smaller jobs such as installing a water softener, painting, fitting an outside tap etc... I have found CTW to be very honest, reliable and knowledgeable. Their work is of a very high standard and they are reasonably priced. I would gladly recommend them to anyone and will continue to use them. The only downside is that they get booked up fast!

Carl is very trustworthy and reliable. He has previously fitted our kitchen and en-suite bathroom. We feel comfortable leaving him a key and going to work. He fitted a whole new family bathroom, including a shower over the bath, shower pump, towel rail, extractor and spot lights. He also tiled the walls and floor. Carl let us know what time and date he'd arrive, confirmed the appointment the day before and was on time on the day. He was polite, helpful and tidy. The space Carl had to work with was difficult but he made a very good job as none of our walls were square. His price was fair and we ended up paying him exactly what we thought we would. We would definitely use him again.

Called prior to arrival as he was ready earlier than planned. Assessed the work that needed doing, located the leak and fixed it all, finished within an hour. Carried out in a methodical manner, left minimal mess. Friendly and approachable. Happy to advise on further work that is required and gave a no obligation quote for future work.
