Darren made every effort to resolve a problem that we had with very squeaky floorboards. It transpired that this was more of a structural issue and Darren was unable to remove the squeak but we could not fault his attempts to fix the problem. He even adjusted his quotation to reflect this. We would definitely use him again in the future.

Darren came and rescued me from previous trades who had left me with work not completed. He was extremely helpful and talked me through exactly what needed to be done. He also managed to fit me in to his busy schedule at short notice and picked up the materials for me as they were too big for my car!!! He was very professional and friendly and did a superb job in record time. He gave me a price and did exactly what he said he was going to do. He also helped me out with contacts for other work that needed to be done. Fantastic - I cannot recommend him highly enough. Definately one of the good guys

He fitted flush bolts to my double doors inside the rebated edge and they look lovely. I'm really pleased with the job, he clearly takes pride in his work. He is a polite, friendly person. Mr Andrews provides a very professional and value for money service, all work was finished to a very high standard. My hallway had just been decorated prior to the work being done so I was a bit worried that the work may damage my wallpaper but Darren was exceptionally careful when removing the old loft hatch. He has very high standards of tidiness and even hoovered my hallway through once the job was finished, something that many tradesman wouldn't bother doing. Darren has done two jobs for us recently. All work performed to a very high standard and is spot on with his estimated time frames for completion. He sticks to his estimate and is a polite professional worker. He does not fish for other work and in fact will tell you you don't need it if he thinks so. Darren has done two jobs for us recently both of which are done to perfection. He is courteous, polite and very helpful and is always willing, if we are not certain which way to have anything done to give is own opinion which he makes clear that we do not have to take. He fitted 7 doors for us, he ordered the doors and all the items required. He has fitted wood flooring in our front room and it looks really great. He is now coming back to fit more wooden flooring in the bedroom. We would certainly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a good and competent worker.

After Darrens' previous excellent work, I asked him to quote for the above job. Again the standard of his work was second to none. I have nice new PVC guttering and fascias/ soffits around my house fitted quickly and professionally. The window frame of the porch was also repaired, and as always all mess was cleaned up afterwards. Darrens' communication and reliability remain of the highest order, and he is soon returning to complete another job for us (new garage doors)
