I am sorry that the customer could not rely on us getting back to her after leaving a message on our office answer-phone.
I must take full responsibility for this as I collect the messages for my secretary to deal with. My only defence is that due to the recession I am out of the office and on-site a great deal now. I note that the customer was happy with the work which is the main thing.

Extension kitchen and bedroom with en suite.
Quality of work not good in some areas - Plastering and some brick work lack of attention to detail in sub contracted work needed constant supervision satisfaction overall. I would recommend this company.
