I am sorry that the customer could not rely on us getting back to her after leaving a message on our office answer-phone. I must take full responsibility for this as I collect the messages for my secretary to deal with. My only defence is that due to the recession I am out of the office and on-site a great deal now. I note that the customer was happy with the work which is the main thing.

One of the best things about this firm is they are willing to come back and resolve problems without any arguments. They built a very good extension on time and budget for me two years ago and came back to sort out a problem with the bathroom floor. I would recommend them without hesitation.
