Darren and his team did a full refurbishments of my 3 bed house from top to bottom and did a fantastic job. Everything down to the last detail was taken care of and he was fully trustworthy, reliable and his attention to detail I cannot fault. Darren went above and beyond to ensure that my home was left clean and tidy and even liaised with suppliers that I had purchased items for the job for to be delivered and chased up when needed. I did go on holiday for a week whilst the job was being done and Darren completely put my mind at rest as the job ran smoothly and any issues were resolved without fuss. I have already booked Darren to re-paint the outside of my property and would definately use him again. Very happy customer!

'The team' did a skilled job on both the bathroom and lounge. I have booked Darren and Shane again next month to refurb the dining room and I know their work is going to be of a high standard. I came across Darren though Checkatrade and asked him and two other local builders to quote for the work, His quote was not the lowest (though he offered to match that) but I felt that he was best suited to the job as he seemed pragmatic and sensible and for me I didn't just want a cheap quote which would not include some flexibility and someone would take responsibility for the work and have pride in the work. Darren does that. The work ended up taking about twice as long as estimated and did cost quite a bit more than originally quoted as there were a number of problems identified as the works progressed (rotten joists and dodgy electrics for example). Darren did deal with a lot of the minor points within budget and we discussed the other points and I received revised quotes. I felt the sum charged was fair for the work done. Darren and Shane are very easy to have around and I did trust them with the work and the house. They were adaptable in dealing with problems and took initiative such as buying materials needed whilst I was away so as not to delay the project further. We had one disagreement over timing of interim payments where I felt more of the balance should be paid once the work was completed and Darren disagreed but we both acknowledged that we should have been clearer on the interim payment issue at the start of the job. He was able to deal with lots of unexpected issues, sorting aerial reception, electrics, water pressure queries and went out of his way to look into problems and to try and get the job done right including lots of liaising with the unit manufacturer. I would recommend him for future work.

Darren, Shane and their team worked here over about 2 months on several projects. They are a hard working and experienced lot who worked hard to complete the work when we needed it to be done. They did extra work, often uncharged, over and above the quote if it resulted in a better finish. They were entirely trustworthy and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They will be back to do more work for us in the future.

Great team, very friendly, professional and courteous. Hard working and careful. Showed up on time, worked v. Hard and finished work to an excellent standard. The tiling in our bathrooms was really fantastic and the kitchen installation was without fault. We'd recommend Darren and Shane without hesitation. If something goes wrong, they put it right without any fuss and they are reliable and high quality professionals. You can't go wrong with them.

I am very impress with Darren the owner of the company and all his staff, especially with Sean who went out of his way to help me and my tenants. I had a very good price for the job, it was not the cheapest but I feel it was worth every penny I spent. My hallway including a huge wooden staircase had not been touched for approximately 10 years and Darren and his team have made it look fantastic! Darren came recommended from a friend and glad he was. He was always contactable and returned calls promptly. He advised me at all times when and who would be on the job. The job was a couple of days over but the price was the same and snags were dealt with immediately. Shane was also excellent and had a eye for detail.

A fantastic job, we are really pleased with the results. Darren and Shane are polite, hardworking, honest and professional. Their work is to the very highest standard and very fair prices. After pulling polystyrene tiles from the ceiling (very messy) Shane hoovered the entire floor on his hands and knees to leave us tidy at the end of the days work. They arrived promptly each day. We would have no hesitation in using them again and would recommend them very highly to anyone.

Darren and Shane were great to have around, trustworthy and professional. They worked very hard despite the weather conditions and various problems with delivery of the kitchen units. They went out of their way to make sure the work was done to the highest of standard and exactly how we wanted it to the last detail as well as giving advice along the way. Work was done to a very high standard with excellent attention to detail and quality of finish. On more than one occasion, Darren told us he was going to re-do something as he was not happy with the result - very thorough and professional. Effort was made to leave the house clean and tidy at the end of each day (e.g. hoover up the dust). Because of this thoroughness, the job did run over by a few days so would advise building some flexibility into your timings.

Darren was very helpful and accommodating. Work was to a good standard. My shower pump broke 2 weeks after it was fitted but Darren came out straight away to look at it and replaced it within 24 hours.

Absolutely faultless quality of work which has put other work done by others last year to shame, and I'd thought that was OK! Totally seamless lining paper on less than perfect walls, excellent painting and a gorgeous new custom built wardrobe. Really nice guys as well. Fully recommend without any hesitation.
