The team arrived promptly and the work was carried out. All mess tidied away and all safety checks completed. After a very bad experience with a heating engineer who did not complete a job correctly I now feel reassured the job has been completed as it should have been the first time.

Doug charged me £10 less than quoted, because one aspect of the work he had originally priced for, did not need to be carried out. (I wouldn't have known any different). I have subsequently asked Doug to place me on his database for all my future annual boiler services. I recommend him without any reservation.
