Patio relayed in the back garden
Daniel gave us plenty of ideas and options before the work started which were very helpful. He was able to fit in our work before Christmas and finished within the time he estimated. We were very pleased with his suggestion about some other points such as drain pipes, fence etc. All in all, we definitely feel happy and confident to recommend D F Paving.

Level parts of garden, lay patio, build retaining wall and steps, turf, erect fencing
We had 3 quotes for this work (all Checkatrade tradesmen). Daniel was the cheapest by a small margin, and was the only one who would build the retaining wall from bricks as opposed to railway sleepers. I saw an example of Daniels work and was impressed. He started and finished the work on time. I am very pleased with the patio he laid, the retaining wall and steps up to the lawn and the fencing. He did a few extra bits and pieces that he did not charge us for which we are grateful for. When he finished the lawn the ground underneath was not very level at all, and it felt like there were small animals buried under it. He did come back to flatten the area with a wacker plate, but I had to chase him a bit. The lawn is fine now. Daniel does good quality work and I would recommend him.
