Dave turned up on time and date as agreed was always courteous. Each day the area was left tidy and with a working toilet. The work was completed as planned and to very high standard. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending Dave was meticulous to the detail and has left me with a super bathroom. IT IS NICE TO SEE THAT GOOD OLD FASHIONED TRADES PEOPLE ARE STILL WITH US.

I found the speed of work and reliability excellent. However, I found the quality of workmanship and pricing in my opinion debatable. I received zero response to issues raised over and over again. I am still waiting, and have not any contact.

The customer was given a full itemised quote, every single item, Manufacture and Model were listed, along with a total price for each bathroom. I completed the first bathroom within 1 week and the second bathroom the following week. At the end of the third week the customer settled his bill via internet bank transfer. In my opinion if the customer was not satisfied why was the bill paid in full. The customer contacted me and stated that certain items (disabled handrails were not to standard) I have emailed and spoken on the phone with the customer about this issue, also with the supplier and manufacture of these items, these items meet Buildings Regulations document “M" & Lantec. I also carried out extra tilling to the second Bathroom and supplied and fitted (after fitting the original) in my opinion a better quality more expensive sprung loaded waste and plug system to each bathroom free of charge. I think that my positive feedback from my previous customers speaks volumes”.

Mr Broome turned up on time and was always courteous. Each day the area was left tidy. When the work was finished there were a few things which needed attention but Mr Broome returned on the next working day to finish them. I now have a super shower room.

I was extremely impressed with how efficient the plumber was at installing the boiler, I think it took about 4 hours approximately and it did not cause us any inconvenience. I was also surprised at how competitive the price was. We've had the new boiler for a month now and its been brilliant at serving the 2 family bathrooms and also the rented bedsit. Good job!

Arrived the same day. Sorted out the leak very quickly. Minimal damage done to tiled bathroom wall was carried out to sort out the leak. Gave advice on how to repair the tiled wall, as originally wall did not contain an access point to get to the services within the wall.

We had no water overnight once the cold water tank had emptied, but he rectified that the following day. In December the mixer tap broke. Despite numerous telephone calls, messages left and texts he has failed to reply. We got another plumber in who has highlighted a number of faults. Both flexible hoses to the taps were kinked, reducing water flow. Two isolator valves which didn't work weren't replaced meaning that the tanks have had to be drained for a second time. In my opinion paid through the nose (accepted the quote as we had been let down by two other plumbers) so expected much better follow up service. Wouldn't use or recommend
