Remedial work to make property safe after rogue builder

Dean is brilliant! Very good builder and also a very kind man. In the middle of 2011 a rogue builder wrecked my property and made it unsafe, unsound and uninhabitable. I was at my wits end. I didn't have the money to fix my home, I still don't, but Dean came in and assessed what needed to be done to stop the property deteriorating any further. For a reasonable fee he did all that he could to make it safe. I'm still a long way away from being able to go home, but at least I know it's not going to actually fall down now. Recommend Dean very highly!

Strip roof replace membrane and valleys

Roof repairs

Removed and replaced all 4 verges to front of property and replaced all broken tiles. Removed where necessary ridge and hip tiles and re-bed/replaced. Dean and his colleagues did an excellent job and were very courteous. Any questions raised were welcomed and answered. I would recommend and would use his firm again.

Replacement of lead valleys and loft window

First class job done by nice people and very competently. I would like to make special mention of the helpful and polite manner of the young man who was the labourer. Would recommend this company without hesitation.

Garage conversion project

We had used D J Drury building Services previously to build an extension to our bungalow and wanted to engage them again to convert our garage into an office/games room. We discussed the idea with Dean and he gave us a fair and detailed quote. Dean lead and organised his team very well and delivered a fantastic end product. We are so pleased with the final result, it looks great with so many people commenting on what a transformation has taken place. Dean is always very courteous and always willing to help or provide ideas. Dean keeps you abreast of all developments on your project and always leaves his site clean and tidy. A pleasure to work with as always!.

Assisted with roof alterations required to fit new boiler

DJ Drury were able to help us out at very short notice after we needed assistance with some roofing work whilst fitting a new boiler, after phoning on Tues pm they arranged to come first thing Weds which we greatly appreciated as it did not hold the job up.
