Dewi fitted a new boiler in our kitchen. His price was very reasonable and he did a very tidy job, taking good care of the property whilst working. Dewi was very polite and I found him trustworthy, friendly and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to other people.

Three plumbers inspected for this awkward job but Dewi was the only one to immediately suggest a solution and provide a quote - which was very reasonable. We are delighted with the work, which is very neat, and solved a problem which had baffled other plumbers. He really went the extra mile (replumbed the outlet from our sink at no extra cost) and we would not hesitate to recommend Dewi or call on him again.

Arrived promptly at time agreed on the phone with my husband. Explained very quickly what was probably wrong and approximate cost. When checked toilet showed me the problem and quickly went about fixing it. No mess made. Very polite. Gave additional advice on boiler system. Having been let down in the past by plumbers, would definitely use Dewi again. Great job - thanks!

What I liked about D J Pipes was that Dewi was very prompt, very courteous and explained why I had the problem of water hammer and what he proposed to do as a solution in layman terms. I felt totally confident that I had a good, honest trades person on the job. There was no mess left once he had finished and I was charged a very reasonable price. I would certainly recommend that D J pipes is in the top five of your call list,

Dewi did a professional job and charged much less than other quotes I was given. I was told by a previous plumber that the job would be much more complicated and a lot more money. I would recommend Dewi. I found him straightforward, honest, reliable and friendly.

Dewi will be the only plumber we use from now on, he is absolutely brilliant. Dewi was highly recommended by a colleague and came in to save us, including replacing some very difficult to reach dodgy, leaky plumbing under the bath (without needing to remove the bath which is what was looking likely). Dewi is extremely pleasant and courteous, reliable, intelligent, clearly knows exactly what he's talking about, he provided a clear and reasonable estimate, and is brilliant value for money. You will not be disappointed!

I couldn't recommend Dewi's work highly enough. He came over initially to have a general look at the problem and was very honest in his assessment of how much work would be needed and how long it would take. He turned up on time and had completed the job (which was complex) within the time he thought it'd take. I found his pricing to be very fair, work quality excellent and he was also extremely tidy and considerate to my home. I will always call Dewi in the future.

I cannot praise the workmanship of Dewi too highly. His work is first class and my bathroom looks beautiful. Dewi pays great attention to detail and has really good ideas about how to make the most of the improvement. He was absolutely reliable - turning up exactly when he said and left everything clean and tidy at the end of each day. He is a very hard worker and I would recommend him to anyone. Dewi came round to look at the problems initially very quickly and booked a time to fix them, which he kept!, He was honest and straightforward and I felt very comfortable that I was getting a good job at a reasonable price. He also tidied up well after himself in contrast to some of the other workmen we have employed. I have recommended him to friends and they have all been impressed.

Really pleased with the quality of the work. Dewi genuinely cared about getting things just the way I wanted and was also full of useful advise. Always ready for work in the morning and cleaned up at the end of the day. Job completed on time to budget and I was very happy with the results.
