I found him to be a very helpful and pleasing man. He went out of his way to get part he needed. Would recommend him. I have had no other tradesman like Mr Mouncer.

Fixed toilet in shower room.
Part broken inside, Mr Mouncer went to a lot of trouble to find the part. 5 or 6 shops I think. I would recommend to others and use again.

Leak from shower pump.
This was from very bad workmanship by a previous firm. He cured the problem for now, but he will probably have to return to change the position of the pump sometime in the future.

Changed mixer taps in bathroom and kitchen. Fixed new ball valve to toilet. Refitted a new pump to a shower system.
