Fix extra spikes on roof between previous spikes to stop nesting
610
I am very disappointed with this trader as in my opinion they did not carry out the work specifically requested regarding putting further bird spikes on my roof to deter sea gulls. I have telephoned three times left messages on their answer phone with my name, address and telephone number I have also written with no response.

I feel that I cannot be held responsible for the gutter being refilled up with moss and the spikes I put up to prevent the seagulls from nesting in the gulley. There was a lot more that we could have done than the work we did. Unless we completely cover the whole roof with seagull spikes to stop the seagulls from landing on her roof. The seagulls could have pulled the spikes off the roof, they are very clever birds! We used a high quality low mod silicon, which we stuck the spikes down on to the dry tiles, seagulls are known to pull and tear things off and this is a possibility. Also it does not help, once a pair of seagulls have nested in a place, they will return to the same spot every year. So in my opinion we did everything that we agreed and what we charged. We have done nothing wrong, we never received phone calls, however, we did receive a letter which had no contact telephone number, just before our holiday. We have since responded to the customers letter, however, I can't understand why the customer would complain 7 months after the work was carried out.
