Dave arrived early, which was great. The job proved a lot more difficult than anticipated but Dave worked calmly and patiently and sorted the problem. Although the job took longer it was only a few pounds more. The only thing was that I didn't ask when he gave me the initial estimate if it included VAT, it didn't so was a bit more than I thought. Dave was polite, courteous and tidy. I would definitely recommend.

Came up with a good plan that avoided disruption inside the house (other people I contacted just gave quote over the phone without looking at the work needed, which didn't impress me). The aerial that was strapped to my chimney had been blown down by high winds. I contacted Dave and in-between jobs that day he called round to see me, it was so bad he did it straight away to stop any further damage. I can not praise this man highly enough. I had expected a new aerial and had asked them to quote for such. Instead they had identified a poor previous installation and a breaking up amplifier box. The overall cost for all the remediation work was about half of what I was originally expecting to pay. Therefore I was impressed with their honesty and integrity when you hear of so many stories of unnecessary work being carried out and I ended up paying much less than I was expecting to pay. A full 100% unreserved recommendation from a happy customer who will gladly use them again.

We had our loss adjuster come to look at our aerial and roof for damage. When he looked at the TV aerial there was no sign of damage to it at all, just needed a new Pole and to be re-sited. My wife call DJ Satellites and Aerials and they came straight away. She found them in a book ref to Checkatrade. So she could not go wrong with getting someone that had a good reputation. They said that the aerial was in a dangerous position and if it fell down on someone we would be libel, also the aerial was the wrong one and should only be used for flats not houses. My wife told him that the loss adjuster said that it wasn't damaged and that it just needs a new pole and to be re-sited. He then asked if he had gone up on the roof, my wife said no and then he said he could not of seen it properly. My wife got a bit worried about this question. She then asked him if he can do the job and that we wanted to keep the aerial. When he had finished the job he gave my wife the aerial and it was damaged and in two parts.

When we arrived on site we suggested to the customer that it would be advisable for him to have a new aerial which would come with a warranty rather than re-siting the old one as the price would be exactly the same. We felt the old aerial was damaged and not up to the job which he agreed to on the day. The customer seemed happy with the work and paid in full on completion.

When they arrived for the work, they ran through again the works, they were quick, tidy and the equipment they have installed is working perfectly. Excellent work. Not only did they replace the aerial with a digital, they also dropped 4 extra feeds. The aligned it for a good signal and also noticed that I was getting a strong FM signal on the new aerial so we could discard the old FM only aerial much reducing the clutter on the roof. The also dropped an addition FM feed for the front room stereo. They also told me was getting some DAB reception as well. On top of that they also noticed that the chimney stack will need rebuilding soon as some bricks and mortar were loose and the roof had a couple of missing tiles. My builder agreed and that work is in hand. They kept me informed as to what they were doing and what they had found and at what price and checked the final result on all the TV's connected. So not only did I get a very good aerial installation I also got a free roof inspection. As well. The price was very reasonable and carried out in under 2 hours with no disturbance to my work. They were polite and friendly and did all this in a rainstorm! I am very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone.
