I called D J Satellites on Thursday, they booked an appointment for Monday to come and see me, they arrived when they said they would and carried out the job there and then. I didn't know what solution I wanted (just knew I wanted digital signal in multi rooms) and they guided me to a solution which, in my opinion, was the right one given the poor signal in my area. They were extremely friendly, by no means intimidating (me being a single female) and very tidy, asking for the hoover to tidy as they went along. The job took just under 2 hours to install freesat in 5 rooms. I would highly recommend them. Thank you for a great job.

They replaced the aerial splitter and a cable that led from the splitter to the lounge. The work was done very quickly and neatly and I had a follow up call a couple of days later to check that everything was still working ok. I don't know if they were competitive on price as I didn't try anyone else but they did an efficient and tidy job.

Accurate estimate given after job was inspected. There was a small extra charge for replacement of socket fronts. I was given the option of either upgrading the aerial or keeping the one I had. There was no "pressure selling" at all. I would not hesitate to use them again.

This job was to supply and fit to a new property... Unfortunately the builders had 'hidden' the wires to connect the aerial. However they spent a great deal of time searching in the eaves to find the connection (I'm sure other companies would have given up) and were able to complete the work on the same day they came to provide the quote.

I called them on the Thursday afternoon, they agreed to be at my property the next day and as agreed they arrived on time. Within 2 minutes they had diagnosed the fault and quoted what I thought was a very reasonable price. When they began work they asked for the vacuum to be sure that they made no mess and were professional enough to remove their shoes when in my house. The job was done in a little under 1 hour and at all times they consulted me on where the TV points should be and what colour cable I would like. At all times they were friendly and respectful of my house; I would always use them again and would recommend them to friends and family.

I have nothing but admiration for their tenacity and thoroughness.  There was nothing easy about this job, but they got straight into it and persisted until the fault. which was intermittent had been discovered.Utterly outstanding and painstaking. We called DJ Satellites and Aerials as we were having problems with Sky. They visited us and looked at the dish and performed a few tests concluding that the box was at fault. Amazingly they didn't try and sell us a box, but instead told us that it would be better for us to call Sky and get them to replace the box for free. They even told us that the dish and bracket were old and that they should be re-fitted by Sky. Although they spent a great deal of time with us, they didn't charge us anything for their visit. I was thoroughly impressed by the honesty and quality of advice and would recommend them to anyone. I would definitely use them in the future. A great service!

Having bought a new HD Ready TV for our Bedroom we realised that our TV Signal was not strong enough to pickup the Digital TV.  Dave came round as promised to quote, was able to do the work there and then, and now I have perfect pictures on all the TV's. He put in all new wiring and fittings, made it a very tidy job, and even did a few little jobs for us whilst he was up on the roof!  The cost of having a new TV has now become expensive having to have had the new aerial, but for value for money - I can't complain. Brilliant Service.

I moved into a multi-flat building fitted with a communal aeriel.  The signal from this proved almost to be non-existent. Having been relocated from Plymouth, I was very wary of who to contact, rogue traders etc etc.  Having found D J Satellites on this site, I gave Dave a call. Right from the start, Dave was friendly, courteous and more than willing to fit in with my time scales.  He advised that rather than spend a days labour trying to investigate what (if any) aeriel feed there was to my flat, I should have my own Freesat installation into the lounge and bedroom. On the install day, Dave was early (after checking that was ok), tidy, totally professional and ensured all was set up and that I was happy before taking payment.  The quote was very reasonable in my opinion. Would highly recommend.
