D L Foote Building Services is a Dorset based family run business, providing a professional and reliable service to local people from Poole to Bournemouth, Wimborne to Weymouth. Friendly and approachable, we are fully experienced in all aspects of building works and property maintenance from loft conversions to building extensions. Our builders also offer digger hire.

From the more western parts of Dorset to the eastern fringes of Hampshire , D L Foote Building Services strive to deliver the highest quality of building services to meet the expectations of our customers. Our aim is:

Conversion of internal garage to living accommodation

I was recommended to Dean and found him to be completely reliable and a pleasure to have on site. He was also keen to provide advice on how best to maximise insulation a key element of this project.

Footings - brick work to DPC - over sight.

Despite unexpected, complex (extra) drains, "problems" solved without loss of space, on time and within budget. The inspector had no hesitation in passing the work.

Extension, internal and garden works.

Every job they undertook was carried out with the customers lifestyle in mind.  They are polite, friendly, trustworthy and always clean up after themselves. My work is still ongoing, but I would recommend them to anyone who was thinking of having any type of work done.  They are forever offering advice on how the customer can save money e.g. re-using doors etc.  I cannot give Dean and his team a higher recommendation.

Remove 2x40ft trees and large bank, put in retaining wall.

For so much work, minimum fuss, maximum speed. Mr Foote even managed to find bricks to match the house. More and bigger projects on the way - hope he's available!
