To knock two rooms into one and fit kitchen
The under floor heating has no paperwork supplied and when tested by the electrician he advised that a third of heating mats would not work. The under floor heating has not been working since October and we have not heard from the trader since December. I would not recommend this company.

I feel that I have to disagree with customers comments. We completed the work with 2 other tradesmen within given estimate price. The customer asked direct all 3 tradesmen to complete extras, all three of us gave additional costing which was verbally agreed.-All the work was finished on time, and the customer said she was over the moon. The under floor heating was working when we left the job, It was tested FOUR times! To ensure it was left in full working order. Due to myself being in hospital (shoulder operation) I wouldn't be able to investigate until January Wickes have also written and confirmed that the customer has been emailed the instructions of how to use the digital wall clock. We have not been paid in full for the work at present Every opportunity has been given to this customer to pay the balance, even a payment schedule offered. I feel that the relationship between me and the client has broken down due to the customer’s poor attitude towards us. We strive to always make sure that our customers are satisfied with the quality of our work at all times, hence our very good feedback on our website.
