Emergency call out for broken boiler.

I couldn't be more impressed with the courtesy or professionalism demonstrated. I called at 6.30 am, and he kindly text me with a time he would call. He did so promptly, and then arrived at the agreed time. Throughout he was thinking about what was cost efficient for me and contacted the contact centre for Worcester for me as this would be the cheapest way. Brilliant, brilliant. If only every person was as honest, kind and reliable!

Central heating system problem.

Was very grateful for Dave to have called in to help with my central heating system that I had supposedly repaired. Dave listened to my explanation of the problem and came up with the reason for the failure, obviously using his past experience. A few minutes work and the blockage was exactly where he said it would be.
