Supplied and fitted new kitchen/ dining room and installation of new bathroom
We got 3 quotes to do work wanted and DS Renovations came out at a fair price in the middle of the 3. To start with Dan gave us some great design ideas for the kitchen lay out where the others just quoted what they thought we wanted. This showed us from the start that Dan enjoys what he does. On day one the old kitchen was taken out and the wall between our kitchen and dining room was knocked through. We'd been told by others that this would be fine but upon taking the wall out Dan was unsure so the next morning had a surveyor come round and a report was written up that day to say we need a steal in the ceiling. We couldn't believe how quickly he'd managed to sort it out and get the steal in (3 days) with little extra cost. Everything was done bang on time, bang on budget by a great team from Dan's demolition to the floor layers fine finish we're really happy.

Complete bathroom refit
Dan and his team did a superb job installing our new bathroom. Their experience and enthusiasm meant that every aspect of the work went smoothly; even when our supplier delivered the wrong bath Dan sorted it out for us himself. As other customers have said, they are a pleasure to have around and very tidy. Dan kept us informed of progress throughout the project and dealt with any issues promptly and effectively. We would have no hesitation in using D S Renovations again and would recommend them to anyone wanting a builder who does what he says and does it with a smile.

Full bathroom replacement as first phase of total renovation
I selected DS Renovations on the recommendation of my neighbour - always the best referral route - and I am delighted I did. All aspects of the work have been genuinely, surprisingly impressive. Starting with getting to grips with what I wanted, Dan was patient, helpful, guiding but not pushy and very, very knowledgeable about options ... the quotes that then arrived were competitive, and we agreed when and how the work would be done. The work started, Dan oversees it all, supported by a small but skilled team. All finished on time, within budget, no fuss at all ... they even hoovered.
For a very limited budget, the bathroom looks great ... but the key reason why I will use DS for the rest of the flat is simply that the team, without exception, are nice to do with business with ... they know what they're doing and have a real ability to explain things clearly and not make you feel like an idiot ... that level of "trust" is absolutely invaluable if you're keen, as I was, to simply say "over to you" ...

Installation of new bathroom with floor and wall tiles
All the work was completed to a very high standard by Dan and his team. All ,members of the team turned up on time, did their part of the job very efficiently and coordinated well with Dan to ensure there were no problems and nothing was overlooked. All team were very professional and most were quite kind on the eye, which was an additional bonus. We would have no hesitation in recommending DS Renovations Ltd to all our friends and family and will use them again for our kitchen refurb, once finances allow.
