Kitchen renovation

This is the second project that Dan and his team have done for me - having done my bathroom 2 years ago, there was only one company I was going to go to for the kitchen. It was a (very!) complicated project but any difficulties were dealt with, with very little impact on me, the timing or the quote. The end result is stunning and I couldn't be happier. They have now moved on to 2 of my friends' houses on my recommendation.

Kitchen refit and create cloakroom

Dan and his team did an excellent job of creating a downstairs cloakroom and fitting a new kitchen. Dust was kept to a minimum which we are eternally grateful as we'd recently decorated the hallway. Trustworthy, hard working, reliable guys who work to a high standard - highly recommend.

Kitchen refit, structural change, flooring.

Dan is an honest quoter, he is extremely good with communicating any problems that may crop up and clearly will set out your options and is always open to questions. There are no hidden extras. The quality of the workmanship was very good. I had my kitchen redone and a new doorway put in place as well as sorting out some very old damp problems. He is also able to give you very good prices on materials with his trade discounts. I have had many other renovations done on other properties but Dan and his team stand out way above anyone else. Highly recommended.

Shower Room Renovation

Dan and his team (especially Paul C) have done a fantastic job refurbishing and maximising the potential of our previously very cramped shower room. By adjusting stud walls, fitting a sliding pocket door, installation of a much enlarged shower tray, cutting into a cast iron soil stack (to allow a fully plumbed WC instead of a macerator - hooray!), replacing all old pipe work, fitting appropriately sized units and fully tiling the walls and floor we now have a shower room we can enjoy being in. They may not be the cheapest out there, but their attention to detail and determination to leave us 100% satisfied with their work was refreshing. We are extremely pleased with the end result and would have no hesitation in recommending DS Renovations.

Structural Alterations

I had a complex job to remove a structural wall and hide the steel in the floor above, which required engineering, carpentry and general building knowledge. I know the building trade very well, having carried out a number of developments. On meeting Dan, and after a number of estimates (many from head scratching builders), D S Renovations was my choice. Straightforward, knowledgeable, polite friendly, enthusiastic, top quality job and reasonably priced. Even the Building Inspector from the council was impressed. I am getting Dan and his team back early next year to fit 3 bathrooms. I honestly cannot recommend DS Renovations highly enough !

Kitchen refit

Dan and the team did a wonderful job on the installation of my new kitchen which involved plastering, decorating, electrical work etc. All of the guys (especially Chris, who did most of the work )were very polite, kept me informed at all times, and were happy to answer my questions etc. I was happy to leave them in my house alone. Dan is a really nice professional guy and has a great team and I will definitely be using them again for the refit of my cloakroom in the new year.

Refurbish kitchen and bathroom new floors and windows put in

Excellent Dan and his team were superb everything discussed at length with us tidied up every night hoovered and cleaned before they left work up to an extremely good standard all his workers were great and did not feel inhibited by them at all would very highly recommend Dan and his team I should think one of the best in the area .

New kitchen, also new windows fitted, room totally gutted and started again

I cannot recommend this team of workmen highly enough, from the smallest details, help with designing the kitchen. I changed my mind on small things but it was not a problem. The standard of workmanship is very high and I will be using them again next year. All the guys that Dan use are professional and polite and they always cleared up before they left.
