We are a local Portsmouth based Building & Carpentry business, who has over 16 years combined experience gained through apprenticeships and further training courses. Dalton Clark was established in 2007 and has gone from strength to strength in that time, our number of happy and loyal customers has grown and so has the variety of projects we now undertake.

We are happy to take on all jobs from putting up shelves to extensions and loft conversions. No job is too big or too small, our quotes are always competitive and often cheaper.

We are happy to carry out domestic and commercial work like:

Nick and dean recently fitted my kitchen and other carpentry jobs - hanging doors, shelves etc. they offered excellent value for money (cheapest quite) did the work promptly, left the house tidy and their work is of the highest standard. I was very pleased with their work.

Tradition wood doors made from scratch made for whole house including cupboards and garden door

Great service, great finish and great staff. Outstanding quality and traditional workmanship at outstanding value. A fraction of the price campared to if I had bought ready made doors and associated products. Also fantastic reliability and follow up service from a group who take pride in their perfection and finish. Fully recommended!

Removed all interior doors, fitted new doors and door furniture,

Very pleased with care taken and adjustments made to make sure the doors were fitted accurately despite some awkward anomalies with the house.

Laminate floor laid.

The guys laid underlay and then laminate including beading to one of our large rooms. I would recommend.

Fitted new front door and all fixtures and fittings.

Did a very good job, kept me informed on what they were doing, even supplied door hinges, took old door away no complaints at all. I would recommend this company.
