Arrived just a few minutes late. Explained the problems with the existing aerial fitting and quoted for providing new fixings and repositioning. Did not try to sell me a new aerial which was OK. Agreed quote and work carried out immediately. Polite. Gave good explanations and advice. Left clean and tidy. Tested and left only after I was satisfied with the work.
