The company have been covering for our permanent Housekeeper, who has been on long-term sick leave since February 2013, usually coming in for 2 sessions per week. The staff are always on time, polite and happy to undertake any job requested of them in what can be a very varied workload. Will be using them again in future to cover holidays etc.

They gave a professional service throughout! Their office staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Prompt arrival of their staff who were polite and smart. They were considerate to the area and completed the job very well. I would certainly use them again for my business and would definitely recommend them to anybody who wants a honest cleaning company.

I employ DC to clean my home weekly. The staff are always well presented, courteous and professional on each visit. Everything I ask of them is completed to a high standard. I trust them to hold a key to my house and to make sure it is locked up securely every time. I have no hesitation in recommending them to clean houses. I have even used them to clean my carpets and they look amazing and smell lovely.

The young man that was sent (Jason) was not shown around properly by his supervisor. Therefore this affected the quality of his work on this day. Quite a lot of staff time was then needed to get him to understand how and what needed to be done. Since then we have developed a more robust way to give cover staff from your agency a clearer and more structured induction. When he attended on the 13th he had grasped the way the building works and how to clean around the activities and be flexible. The problem is that you are always sending different people who need inducting and this is very time consuming. I was very happy on the 13th and 14th with both Jason, Greg worked very hard and I was very impressed with him - please pass this on. I would prefer to have regular familiar people when possible in future.
