My Wife found DCI on this site and called for a quote along with other companies. DCI turned up when arranged and didn't try and quote over phone without seeing the job in hand. Once price was arranged DCI turned up on time and completed the work in a timely manner without any inconvenience to myself or my kids. The quality of the work completed is to a high level. All work covered by a 1yr warranty and I wouldn't feel put off calling for any help.

Steve from DCI gave a very competitive quote in November and arrived on time on the day of installation, they put protective sheets down on the floor then commenced work on removing our old clapped out boiler and re-routing pipes etc as our new boiler couldn't go where the old one was, a very professional job done by a very pleasent, polite chap who ensured that all was working fine and every thing left clean and tidy after install was done, I would not hesitate in recommending DCI to anyone.....well done !!!!

Very happy with the service. Someone came round the same day as contacted to provide an estimate for the work and on the day of the fix arrived on time as agreed. The work was done in a professional manner, taking his time to make sure the newly fitted carpet was protected in the process. Very happy with the work done and all done for the estimated price. My previous boiler, also a combi was installed in 1994 by Steve Fuller, it has given remarkable performance since that date. Although still working it had started leaking, I contacted Steve and within a couple of days he installed a new boiler. The work was carried out in an exemplary fashion to a high standard and the old boiler and fittings were removed by Steve. I have used DCI since the original boiler installation in 1994 for other work including installing two new gas hobs and moving gas pipes for building work - this has also been carried out in an efficient manner at the quoted price. Steve has also carried out work for friends and family over the years including boiler installations and gas appliance installations. I have no hesitation in recommending Steve Fuller for any gas related work and am quite happy to have his work inspected.

We contacted Steve when our central heating failed. He slotted us in at the end of the day when we needed heating the most. He said no parts needed replacing and having fixed the boiler problem he cleaned it thoroughly and left it working 100% ok. His quote was very good and we'd have no problem recommending him to anyone. He was very courteous and friendly and a nice bloke to chat to. We will certainly use him again.

Steve provided an impeccable, faultless and professional service from quotation to completion. Our old boiler had been condemned by British Gas on the morning of 15th February and Steve was so helpful and accommodated our need for an immediate visit to inspect and quote for the work. His quote was the most competitive of the three that we received and to top off the brilliant service he agreed to come and do the work on 19th February which was such a relief with the weather being so cold at the time! He arrived on the dot of 8.30am and had fully completed the work by 3pm. Outstanding - can't recommend Steve highly enough!

Absolutely faultless and professional service from quotation to completion. Our old boiler had been unexpectedly condemned on the morning of 15th February and Steve was so helpful and accommodated our need for an immediate quotation by visiting us that same day. His quote was the most competitive of the three that we got and the icing on the cake was that he agreed to do the work on the 19th February - a mere 4 days from quotation to finish! Excellent service and quality from Steve.  Very polite and he went to great lengths to explain what he was doing. My problem was finally rectified by a simple clean and service and Steve was very concerned to ensure that I did not pay to replace any parts when it was not necessary.  He finished the job by advising on CO2 safety and recommended that I buy a simple electronic CO2 alarm. I would strongly recommend DCI Gas Services to anyone who is looking for a friendly, knowledgeable and local service with good value for money.

Steve carried out the repairs to my system without any disruption, made a good job and even replaced some pipe work without extra charge. Steve was helpful with information regarding a new boiler I need.  He is sending an estimate for that work to be done later in the year.
