Gary's team were recommended to us and its easy to see why - they were punctual, hard working, tidy and friendly. The job itself was very well done and they charged a fair price. Gary himself was very engaged in the project, calling most days to make sure that I was happy with the progress and coming around at the end to inspect the work himself and to make sure it was up to his standard - when he found a couple of small bits that weren't, his team came the next day to put them right. Can't say fairer than that! We will definitely use Decor8London again in the future.

Gary responded quickly and efficiently and the job was turned around in less than 2 days. There are a couple of areas of the wallpaper which were ripped but they are not visible unless you are looking for them on the whole the team did a good job. I would use Decor8 again.

Gary and team have provided a quality work in a timely manner. When I first called Gary he was on holiday but he promptly called me back after his return and we were able to establish a detailed spec and agree on the timeline. Gary has demonstrated also that his firm is competitive which resulted in a fixed agreed price. The job comprised 5 full days of work and Decor8 London has perfectly dealt with this timeline. Finally, we had a water leak on our freshly painted ceiling couple of weeks later and here again Gary was available to repaint the ceiling. In addition, all the works carry a 2 years Guarantee so it provides an additional peace of mind when looking for a professional decorator. We will definitely use Decor8 London again.

I needed to repaint several rooms in a flat at short notice, before moving in. The work was for one bedroom, entrance and living room (all walls, ceilings and skirting boards), in a recent block of flat. I contacted Gary, and got very quickly a competitive quote (within 2 days) after a site visit. Also, the work could be started very quickly, the following week. The work started on time, finished on the date originally given (all done in just four days), was on budget and to the quality expected. The quality of the work was very good (all small holes and cracks filled), and the place was left tidy. Gary was friendly throughout the process, checking on progress and keeping me updated. What else to expect? The paint I had bought had less coverage than other paints, so additional coats had to be done, but the budget stayed the same. I highly recommend Decor8 and would be using again for future work. It is refreshing to find such professional painters, proud of their work.

Decor8 did an excellent job after extensive re-modelling of the two top floors at our Edwardian house. Work included re-painting the entire outside of the house, all the new plaster work and existing walls - Work took 6-8 weeks and they helped with colour ideas and nothing was too much to ask ( even re-painted a room after two coats of a colour I had badly chosen and happily came back couple times for snagging). Punctual, polite and reasonably priced, I would definitely recommend them and they will be returning when we start further work downstairs.

From start to finish Gary has been really great at keeping me informed about exactly what was going to happen and when. The team who came to rebuild the wall, from the guy who just came to clean the bricks to the team that actually built it, were always on time, worked really hard and were really nice to deal with. Generally very happy with the work. Gary gave an honest appraisal of the work, cost and value, and was generally pleasant to deal with. The work was carried out within the time specified, and they did a good job of tidying up after themselves and keeping the rest of the flat clean. The end result was not perfect, but that is a reflection of the state of the property (and the underlying problems) rather than the workmanship. All in all, we were very pleased with a good result in challenging circumstances.
