The work entailed stripping old wallpaper, lining and painting the walls, ceiling and all the woodwork. This was carried out to a very high professional standard where attention to detail and ensuring all finishing touches was rigorously applied. The team arrived promptly and worked solidly through the day. Often work was done outside the remit and helpful advice given when asked. The team worked quickly and efficiently often in cramped conditions. I was very impressed and would certainly ask them to return for further work and recommend them to others.

The whole process was extremely good. Russell quoted for the job and was able to start the work several weeks later. His painters were all extremely polite and tidy! Russell kept checking on the work and made sure everything was done to a high standard. The outside of our house now looks amazing - a big thank you to the Decorate It team.

This was the first time we had used Decorate IT and were a bit dubious to start with. We had fantastic service from our previous decorators so Decorate IT had a hard act to follow. In the end they were just as good and we shall certainly not look further when we do more decorations next year. In fact as long as they continue to impress, I suspect they may well have work for many years to come at our house.

Postponed three times (my fault) but I received no complaints just alternative arrangements to suit me. Work completed to high standard in 5 days. All workmen were polite and accommodating and Russell called in most days to ensure my satisfaction with progress. I will be arranging to use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

This is not the first time we have used Decorate It but we had not had this particular team of decorators (Russell has several teams). I had wall papering done in my hall and front room and the rest of the house was painted from top to bottom including the woodwork. Even through I was in a rush to have the job done Russell's price couldn't of been any better for the quality of work that I received. The team worked to a very high standard and accommodated last minute decisions and changes without fuss. They also accommodated requests to go over areas I was not 100% happy with. I was initially disappointed that they did not unscrew sockets and switches to paper and paint behind, but they even rectified this through filling and sanding etc. They organised extensive plastering work to an extremely high standard and dealt with some difficult damaged plaster (albeit for an increase in overall cost). The team were cheerful and tidy to boot. I would use them again and recommend them highly.
