Took away TV to see if it was worth repairing

The second time we have used him ,having found him very reliable. The set was not worth the cost of repair. So we bought a new one.

Returned colour display to DVD player/recorder that was displaying in B&W

We made an appointment for Mr Plumb to come out as our DVD player was only displaying a B&W picture, but he managed to guide me through the re-setting of the colour via the remote control over the phone and we managed to put it right, saving me a call-out charge - not many people would have done that these days. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him in the future

Repair of dent on wing and big scuff/scratches on the bumper.

Excellent in every way. The car now looks the way it was before someone left a big dent and scratches on it. I would definitely use this company again and I definitely recommend it (actually, I already have today, twice). Thanks Paul!

flatscreen tv repair

mr Plum replied to my telephone call very quickly.He came to the house picked up tv and repaired in 2days,the price was very resonable and he returned it back to me.Very pleased with service would gladley use him again and also recommed him to friends.

Re-wiring of house

We needed an electrician in a hurry, we had just moved house and didn't realise how dodgy the electrics were, GW Electrical came quickly and did a great job of re-wiring the whole house.

Come out after a lightning strike to repair TV and aerial, etc.

Dennis went way beyond what was expected to help us in this situation, he found someone to do the aerial, leant us a TV until insurance came through, he is fantastic.

Check for intermittent burning smell on 28" Toshiba Box

Absolutely A1, arrived early, diagnosed problem very quickly, and gave me the news that I did not want to hear, all for a very reasonable fee, which would hardly cover the transport costs from Selsey to Aldwick.    Remained cheerful throughout his visit, and I would thoroughly recommend him.

Television Repair

The fault with my TV was a manufacturing fault and the part which needed replacing was available free of charge from Toshiba.  I was not aware of this and Dennis Plumb could have easily deceived me. Dennis was honest with me and told me that Toshiba would replace the part free of charge so I would only have to pay for his labour.  My TV is nearly 6 years old so I was surprised that Toshiba would replace this part free. Not only would I recommend Dennis for his honesty but for his good workmanship and competitive rates.
