The best move we made 4 years ago was to employ Sue to decorate for us. Having just finished our lounge and dining room to her usual very high standard, we are delighted with her work as usual. Prior to commencing the interior decorating, Sue provided suggestions for the colour schemes in the hallway, landing and new loft conversion. We went with Sue's ideas and all look fantastic. Additionally, all the painting and woodwork have been finished to a high spec and we can only praise what Sue has done. We were in fact so impressed that Sue squeezed us in again a month later and decorated our lounge, and made our new curtains for the lounge. Thanks Sue.

I wanted to use some fabric that was special to my travels. There are 3 windows in my bay window and each blind fits perfectly - Sue is so professional and everything works so well. My blinds are much better than I had imagined, she chose a colour to contrast with my fabric and really show it off to advantage. She shows her skill as the fabric was a little tricky and I am sure the pattern must have taken some working out but it looks perfect - thank you

The first brackets fitted were not strong enough to pull the blinds up. In my opinion they seemed reluctant to change these. I felt that the blinds were not fitted well to the brackets, either, too high, not central or brackets showing above the blinds. I felt that it was a battle to get things sorted and found that the trader would not take responsibility for any of the problems. Eventually, everything was remedied but with extreme reluctance. I feel that the final quality is adequate, but not great. I found the whole experience to be unpleasant and warring. I feel that I would not recommend them.

Response from Design Interiors:
In response to the customers comments, I feel saddened that the client was not happy with my services. I had already made some blinds for the client which were obviously satisfactory or they would not have asked me to come back and make some more. In this instance I was employed to make 4 blinds for the customer with fabric of her choosing. The gearing of the blind mechanisms needed to be changed due to the weight of the blinds (even though they were within the weight limit for the gear ratio ) and I ordered 4 new mechanisms with a higher gearing, at my own expense, which were fitted as soon as they arrived, made to measure, from the manufacturer. The client was invited to inspect the blinds and mechanisms and when she said she was happy agreed to pay the amount outstanding. We have since had no further communication from the client. I aim to keep my customers happy at all times as my 61 previous comments will verify and I don’t feel I could do any more than I did to please this customer.
