Repaired a leak in a radiator pipe.
Arrived a little early, polite, tidy and was not happy until the job was 100% complete, even though that meant staying for longer doing the job properly, but they didn't even charge for the extra time to do that job properly. Recommended and will use again ourselves.

Removal and installation of range cooker

New replacement boiler
From the initial visit through to the completion of the job, the engineer, Ian Simm, was punctual, professional and polite. He explained what work was necessary, where additional work may add benefit and advised on potential solutions. As we were completely without heat, he scheduled our work in as a priority and worked tirelessly throughout the 2 days. Despite numerous offers of coffee, his priority was in completing the work. He left all work areas spotlessly clean and completed the work with provision of a thorough briefing on the operation of the new system. Of all the tradesmen I have called on over the years, Ian was among the best. I would have no hesitation in recommending him for central heating work and will call on him again should the need arise. If you want a central heating engineer that you can trust, use Diamond Gas and Heating.

Changed a hot water system pump
The old pump was making a noise and not really pumping properly. They came out when we called, and came late in the evening as well, which was very kind as my wife and I both work. Quote was simple and straight forward. The price we paid was the price quoted. Did the job with no mess, very polite and careful inside our home. Quality of workmanship is good, we are getting them back for more work at a later date. Once you find a good tradesman you want to hold on to them!
