Jonathan gave a far more competitive quote than the big name glaziers and was straightforward to deal with. He just gave his best quote instead of the big names which quote you one price then hassle you and slowly reduce it. He arrived on time, incredibly hard working and efficient and tidied up everything afterwards. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

The handle had come off the bathroom window and I thought I would have to buy a replacement window. Jonathan turned up very punctually, took one look and said he had a spare handle in his van which he fitted in about 5 minutes. There was no mess and the window works perfectly. He is an absolute find charming and polite and I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him.

John was extremely efficient and professional! Was at our home within 15 minutes. Even after 6pm at night! Exceeded all our expectations. He got our door open in minutes. He stayed until all work was completed and came back at exactly 8.20am the following morning with replacement door lock system and added an extra inner door lock and window keys at no extra charge!

I heard about Diamond Locksmiths and Windows on radio so contacted them and left a message. Within half an hour I received a call from Jonathan and arranged for him to come between 10 am and 12 am the next day. He arrived just after 10 am and had a look at the lock. He needed to get a part from his supplier but was back and job completed within an hour. Lovely bloke and very reasonable with his price. If needed. I will definately use him again! He is now saved on my favourites list! Thank you.

Jon agreed to come out on a weekend as this was the only time I would be around. He arrived at approx 7.30am, introduced himself again and told me what and where he was going to work first. He started on the back windows which he took out in minutes (well so it seemed) and put the new ones in, cleanly and efficiently. It only took him a day to put my 3 new windows in.
