Having contacted Gareth on Tuesday he turned up on time and was very polite, Took his shoes off without being asked. I explained about the freesat signal and he checked for signal first then went outside to view the aerial. He could see the problem straight away. The aerial needed a new part and he also put new cable on and conected to the freesat box. He was a total gentalman and very clean and had a lot of respect for us as customers and his price was realy good for the work he had done would reccomend Gareth to anyone Andy Aplin from Enham

I had just moved to Andover and into a house that for years had had Sky or Virgin Media products. I wanted neither, just the ability to receive Freeview throughout the house. I contacted Gareth after reading feedback for him on this site. I was so glad I did. During an initial visit and no obligation consultation, he got onto the roof to first check if a decent Freeview signal was possible. It was, so I went ahead and booked him in. He was excellent. He was exceptionally professional, hard working, personable and courteous. He was faced with some interesting reception challenges which he overcame with an innovative yet practical solution. His quote for the job was very competitve indeed. I would recommend him highly and plan to get him back to add another co-axial socket in the house.

Gareth was able to respond and visit within 24hrs of our initial enquiry. He gave a thorough diagnosis of what work would be needed and gave a quote of what that would cost upfront. He was able to do the work there and then. We were very impressed with the quality of the work and the signal we now have on our TV. We were particularly impressed that he took his shoes off when he came into the house! We will defineately recommend to friends.

We discussed my needs at length, and a solution was found which I was happy with. I was quoted a reasonable price, and the work was done on the same visit which was excellent. We asked Gareth to look at our TV aerial, as the Freeview signal wasn't as good as we'd hoped after the initial switchover on February 8. We also wanted him to install an additional aerial socket within the house. Gareth spent most of the day with us, as it was necessary for him to replace the aerial ( the old one was in very poor condition, and was no longe properly affixed to the chimney, representing a potential risk ). He also tested for signal strength, and then installed, at our request, a signal amplifier ( in the loft for convenience and safety ), along with two new sockets; one to replace the previous connection ( which was merely a coax cable running through the wall and under the skirting board ), plus an additional one elsewhere in the house. At the end of the day, we have a new aerial, with two professionally installed sockets, plus a stronger TV signal. All in all, we're very pleased with the work undertaken, and would recommend Gareth's services to others.

Good communication before work started, explained all options, gave a quote which was the final price I paid. The job took longer than predicted, but there was no extra charges. Good clean methodical worker, who knows his business. I will be booking Gareth again soon for some additional work, fitting additional TV/FM points, phone sockets, and data sockets. I emailed Gareth on Tuesday night re problems with poor tv reception and he called me the next day to arrange an appointment. He arrived on time and quickly found the problem and fixed it and also installed a tv point in another room all at a very reasonable price. A very professional guy who was very polite and tidy. An excellent job from a first-rate contractor. Gareth arrived exactly on time, assessed the job quickly and efficiently and knew precisely how to complete the work (access was not ideal, but Gareth had the right tools/ladders etc on hand). I was given good information and advice about removing the old aerial -- just to make sure I understood that we'd only have satellite/cable available which shows that Gareth helps the customer to make the right choices. The rates were very reasonable -- good value really. Would definitely recommend without hesitation and would use this contractor again for work of any complexity (e.G IRS, distribution systems etc.) Can't praise highly enough.

From the initial email I sent describing our TV reception problem, Gareth was incredibly helpful and clearly very knowledgeable. He tracked down the problem quickly (with the aid of hi-tec looking equipment) and replaced our cobbled together DIY set up with an 8 way amplifier. For the first time in 2 years we have perfect reception on all our TVs - wish I'd contacted Gareth ages ago. I would recommend Gareth to anyone and would certainly use him again.

Gareth arrived exactly on the appointed time and tested our signal strength first to confirm that we did in fact need a new aerial, and not a less expensive fix. Then, despite the appalling weather conditions, he got up on the roof and proceeded to remove the battered and broken old aerial and it's mountings. He checked several different new aerials to determine which one would work best in our location and then installed the best unit for the job. In spite of the persistent rain and bitter cold, he remained cheerful through the whole exercise and completed the installation with impeccable attention to detail, even adding optional hardware at no additional charge. The final bill was exactly what he quoted me at the start and was much less than I would have expected for a job of this size. All the work was completed to a very high standard and he even took away the scrap aerial when he left. If only all tradesmen worked with this much enthusiasm and attention to detail ..... I would wholeheartedly recommend Digiview and I would certainly use the service again.

Due to being in a poor quality reception area I have had failing TV reception for several months. I had no idea who to contact but saw Gareth's advertisement in the local press and Online and liked what I saw. He was the 1st contact I made and I warmed to his callback/politeness and understanding of my problem.
