Rat heard and sighting in kitchen and bathroom.

I called Nigel following a sighting of a rat in my Kitchen. As a mother with two small children you can imagine I was horrified and I also have a phobia of rodents, Nigel arrived within an hour of calling and was polite and reassuring. He made subsequent visits and always arrived when stated. I'm sure his work went beyond that of a usual Pest Control Company as he not only blocked up holes in the drain in my neighbours gardens but he also spoke to several of the neighbours and gave advise about how future problems can be avoided, He gives great value for money, I was surprised at how little he charged me for such a thorough service. I am extremely pleased that he was recommended to me and I would definitely recommend him in the future.

Clear wasp nest in cavity wall

Excellent service, polite and professional. Arrived at stated time, cleared wasp nest in external cavity wall on 2nd floor of 3 storey town house without fuss. Mr Guy returned a week later to fill in holes in mortar joints at no extra charge. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Mr Guy.

Pigeons

Pigeons nesting down the side of the house were trying to get in the back window, Discreet came and dealt with them and put up netting (in the lashing rain) to keep them at bay. Great job done! Would recommend discreet anytime. Cheers to the hard working and highly motivated lads.

Removal of Bumble Bee nest

I telephoned Nigel in somewhat of a panic as gardeners were supposed to be bringing in a digger to start work in the morning but at 5pm I was told that there was a bumble bee nest in my compost bin and they wouldn't be able to carry on with the work. I telephoned Discreet Pest Control and Nigel managed to come straight round at such short notice. He assessed the nest and came back that same evening, once the sun had gone down, to do the work. He was very professional and likeable with reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend him!
