Central heating.
David Dean gave an excellent service. He understood the urgency and acted promptly. When we had a problem a few days later he came out immediately and fixed the problem and it was Sunday! No charge was made!I would be happy to recommend them.

Fault with Bathroom Radiator
I was given a quote on an hourly basis to a max of 3 hours. Another larger company were unable to find leak but this guy found it no problem. Fixed it and was on his way within 1 and a half hours. Very pleased with his work and manner and would definitely recommend.

New boiler fitted 6 days after old one died christmas day
As our boiler died christmas day, and l phoned him Tuesday 30th Dec, he came quoted a price better than British Gas, advised that he had to order new boiler and was not sure if it was being delivered the next day or two days later, phoned me back later same day and said they could do the work 2 days later..  great guy knew his job and cleaned up afterwards, no complaints from me and have recommended him to a couple of work mates already..

Replaced immersion heater thermostat.
He charged me for 2 hours work but the job took less than 10 minutes. I feel I was extremely overcharged and feel that a refund should be offered for at least half the invoice.

I had quoted the customer over the phone, explaining the hourly rate. She was happy for me to go ahead with the work. Once the work was completed she questioned the price, which I lowered as a gesture of goodwill. I was unaware that she was still unhappy.
