David Dean gave an excellent service. He understood the urgency and acted promptly. When we had a problem a few days later he came out immediately and fixed the problem and it was Sunday! No charge was made!I would be happy to recommend them.

We had an old and badly installed system with lots of problems and Mr Dean sorted it all out incredibly thoroughly and in a very polite and competent manner our heating has never been better! I would recommend this company.

Boiler Service

As has been reported, David was courteous, prompt and professional with his scheduling and manner. He called to provide notice before he arrived which is quite helpful when organising to meet. Once arrived, again, courteous and professional. Service was slightly shorter than expected but that can be put down to a good boiler. All in all, would recommend services.

Dave (and his team ) were prompt, always turned up , kept in touch and informed us as the job went on, he met the challenges and offered his opinion and took in our considerations with the work, nice to find there are still some honest reliable tradesman out there, would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Fitted new hot water tank and external timer to boiler

Really pleased with the helpful and speedy response to my call when my hot water tank was leaking. The quote was excellent and all work was carried out efficiently and to a high standard. David also sorted out another problem ie the timer on the boiler, which a different company had failed to solve. I will highly recommend this company and will certainly use them again.
