We maintained a good relationship despite the delay to work and were endlessly patient. Actually on site they worked well but ultimately proved unreliable and left us with a half finished job and dangerous debris in the garden so our kids could not use.

The two reasons for the delay of works was due to personal reasons and I was let down by our normal supplier for the conservatory and it took a while to put it right. We do apologise for the time and inconvenience caused in the completion of this project but they were unforeseen and unexpected circumstances as all our previous feedback reflect our standard of work. As far as I am concerned all work was completed.
