I was made aware that Doctor Tech recently started making iPhone and iPod repairs and so called them to ask if they could fix a damaged screen on an iPhone. They confirmed that this was a service they now offered and advised me to drop the phone in any time. It would then be repaired within 24 hours or I would receive 25% off the cost. When I took the phone in, they were able to repair it whilst I waited, which saved me having to return at a later date. Overall, very satisfied to know that there is a local business offering this service, which was very fast and the phone now looks like new. Thanks Doctor Tech!

Having had a new pc last week from Dr Tech I asked them to look at my sons old pc. They very speedily resurrected my much loved Sonic stage program despite another company's customer services saying it was impossible. Dr Tech knew better the result - Sonic system now works :) Not content with this they then waved a magic wand and this old pc has never worked as well before. This doctor is highly recommended and should be available on the NHS. A very very grateful customer. L

Dan came to the house as arranged by my fiance and within minutes had sorted out the internet connection and corrected some settings. He speeded the PC up as much as possible and gave advice on other options to speed it up even more. He connected our sky hd box to the internet without moving the router so that we could get Sky anytime+. He was very polite, friendly and informative about computers and was happy to explain it all again to my fiance as I said I couldn't remember it all. He even gave advice about plumber's prices!

The scores aren't high enough. The service and attention to detail was exceptional. My son purchased a laptop and was desperate to have it for the Bank Holiday weekend. Knowing this, Daniel waited behind after work loading software and then personally dropped it off at our house well past 7.00 p.M. To ensure my son was able to enjoy his purchase over the long weekend. They are friendly, knowledgeable, don't oversell but are clear about what things cost and what's needed. What a find. I went to Dr Tech with a broken printer! Within a few days they’d supplied me with a sparkly new one, installed it and demonstrated how to use it. We was so impressed with the knowledge and service of the staff we went on to purchase two televisions, a surround sound system and all the extras and internet equipment. Delighted with the service we have recommended Dr Tech to our friends, they too are thrilled.

Daniel responded to my call as soon as possible and arrived just a few minutes after the arranged time, having rung me on the way to let me know he was caught in traffic. He was very friendly and helpful. He quickly grasped the problem and explained exactly what he was doing to resolve it in language that I as a layman could easily grasp. WOW! Dan and his team have transformed my home to the number one place to be for my friends and family. Dr Tech worked with my budget and listened to my needs to create the perfect TV cinema system. I have speakers in my ceiling which I strongly recommend to anyone. All my TV's and CCTV are linked in. Dr Tech were easy to talk to, clean and tidy workman. We have a SONOS multiroom audio system installed in our property by Doctor Tech and it had stopped working after two years of faultless reliability. Therefore no music or radio in any of the rooms in our house. We called Dan and he managed to fit us in between his other appointments the same day. The fault was diagnosed, he got all the music working again and arranged a time to return the faulty piece of hardware to me so that the system would be working as it should be. Great work and even better service - Highly recommended!

What a life saver! As a freelance journalist I have deadlines to meet - and the day I had to get information to the media my wireless router packed up leaving me with no email or internet connection. Within a hour of my call to Dr Tech, James came round to my home with a new router. It was replaced and the pcs/laptop were reconfigured within the hour. All the staff at Dr Tech are efficient, courteous and knowledgeable about their products and services. It has always been possible to get a very good assessment of what the problem is straight away in their shop, and of how much time and money it will take to fix. They make appointments for times which suit us, and have gone out of their way to make things easier for us when the repair is a bit of an emergency. They have given excellent advice about new products ( ie satellite TV equipment) and it always works well. They always remember us personally, so give a good personal service. I am extremely impressed by the whole company, and would highly recommend them to anyone. I was also surprised by how many different areas of technology they work in and I would advise people to check out all the things they do.

We had Dr Tech originally install a wireless network system with 2 PC's and a laptop. We were so pleased with the work, we commissioned them to put in a flat screen TV and surround system. They were unbelievably helpful, always suggesting ways we could get more out of the set-up. They did not leave until the whole system was set up to our satisfaction, and checked back with us later to make sure we were still happy! They have also just repaired a PC with a virus, and again have excelled.

I had just moved back to the UK and had no internet connection in our new flat as SKY could not install until one week before Christmas. After a recommendation from a friend I called Doctor Tech for help. Dan quickly realised that my new mobile phone was able to connect to my laptop and act as a modem. He came round, programmed the mobile to talk to the laptop and within 20 minutes I was on-line and able to communicate with the outside world. Brilliant. Excellent knowledge, A1 customer service.
