Company Profile

Domestic Electrical Services was started by Glenn to provide home owners with a high quality and Part P compliant electrical service covering all works from changing a plug to a full re-wire or consumer unit upgrade. Work will be completed safely and to a very high standard with full respect given to the customer, their property and home. Work will be planned in order that any disruption is kept to an absolute minimum.

Domestic Electrical Services will undertake work in Portsmouth, Southsea, Havant and Fareham; but will however cover all of Hampshire and West Sussex. Domestic Electrical Services have on occasions travelled further afield and completed works on recommendation for existing customer’s friends and families in Oxford and Norwich.

Glenn is fully qualified to the latest IEE Regulations (17th Edition BS7671:2008) and an approved NICEIC Domestic Installer allowing Part P Self Certification.

Tested and fixed light fittings and sockets

We called and were given a time the same day for Glenn to attend. Glenn arrived on time and conducted himself in a highly professional manner. Glenn gave us a clear estimate of cost and the value for money was unbelievable! Glenn was able to do all of the work immediately. Great service and would encourage anyone to use this service. Very happy that we now have lights that work and that we have found such a good tradesman we can recommend to others.

Repair faulty light.

Agreed to come on day I phoned. He worked well, told us what he needed to do. Had all own tools - even ladders. Cleared up afterwards. Was very polite.

Repaired water damaged electrics

Glenn came to my assistance on the day I called him. He came at the time he stated and waited when no one was in the house. He went over and above the required work and gave me a full explanation of the work he completed with follow up advice. The price for the work was extremely reasonable and I am very happy with the work completed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Installation of new under counter electric oven.

A fantastic service, the oven was tricky to install. Job done well, quickly and efficiently, even cut down a drawer for me to help the cooker fit. I would recommend this company.
