He arranged to be at my house in Portslade between 2 pm and 2.30 pm. I had to travel from Lancing to be at the house and arrived a few minutes after 2 pm. He was already there. There are four telephone points in the house and it took him no longer than 15 minutes to locate and repair the problem. He was pleasant, polite and courteous. A job very well done. I was very impressed with Jeff's manner when I first contacted him by phone regarding the problem I was having with internet connection. He told me the charges and when the work was finished I was not asked for any extra. The work itself was fairly complicated (to me!) but Jeff investigated and completed his task and waited for me to make sure both the computers I used were able to get onto internet. Jeff was very well presented and parked considerately (something I watch for - hate it when tradesmen park on the grass verge!) and he was most polite. Would definitely reccommend him and use again! 5* company!

I phoned this company because my telephone provider said there was nothing wrong with my line. Jeff came the next day, spent a while looking for the fault but came up with nothing. My telephone provider then decided that the fault was outside and therefore BT's problem. A new incoming line box was fitted so I can test the line myself. I was really pleased with the service I received.
