We love Don The Drain Ltd. We have had ongoing problems with our drains and every six months or so we need them unblocking. Don has done this twice and both times has shown up on time. Been really friendly, got the job done quickly and to a great standard. We used other tradesmen in the past and they were just awful so it's great having someone we trust to do the job from now on. Highly recommended.

Explained the problem in a non complex manner, meaning we could actually understand what had happened, and gave excellent recommendations to prevent future issues. Having just had Don depart I was compelled to write a review as I can't rate this company highly enough. Everything you would expect and more. I called today and he was able to come within hours of the call, was on time, was friendly and explained what he was doing and what was wrong. Completed very quickly even cleaned up the area where the blockage had overflowed days ago. I am one very happy customer.

I phoned Dan when I found a badly blocked drain flooding my garage. He gave me a fixed price quote over the phone and arrived promptly the same day. He unblocked the drain efficiently and clearly explained to me what had caused the problem and how I could avoid the same thing happening again in the future. He was polite and friendly and I would definitely recommend him to others.

It was between Christmas and the New Year when we noticed our sewer was blocked. Looked up Checkatrade and decided to give Don a call. He quoted a fixed price over the phone and was with us within the hour. Don was very pleasant, warm and efficient. The drain was cleared in no time at all and we were very relieved and thankful. Would use Don again and would recommend him to anyone who is in the unfortunate position of experiencing blocked drains.

Don unblocked our downpipe that was full of soil and roots taking care not to damage the cast iron pipework. He also corrected some previous work around the downpipe so the pipe shouldn't block in future. I was very happy with the work done!

We had blocked drains and called for an estimate. He asked if our neighbours' drains fed into ours, which they do and when I confirmed this, he told me Thames Water were obliged to fix the problem for free. So doing himself out of a job and saving us some money. Top man.

I gave Don a call on Thursday and he was able to come on the day when I requested. He arrived 10 min earlier and managed to finish the work in less than 30min. He was very friendly and polite and went the extra mile of unblocking the interceptor which I did not know about at no extra cost. I would definitely call him again and would recommend him to anyone who wants their problem solved quickly and in a professional manner.
