Although Tony could not fix my problem on this visit, he did put me in touch with a company that just resolved my problem at a very reasonable price. Tony did some basic checks and helped me diagnose the issue. As Tony couldn't fix the problem, he didn't charge me despite spending a good 10/15 minutes investigating. The next day he called me up and helped arrange the drain to be jet washed. Tony really went above my expectations and seems a very honest and genuine guy! Thanks!

Came for initial check at short notice with short drain rods. Came back first thing next morning with full equipment at no extra cost. Removed blockage, offered explanation of drain systems and briefed me on what to do if it recurs (CCTV and all that). Friendly and knowledgeable. Great :)

Drain brush got detached from rods while I was trying to rod through, and then jammed in soil pipe. Initial contact by phone and they said could clear it with pressure jet. Think it was a bit more difficult than they had thought but they persevered and cleared it in the time they had originally said. Excellent! Would use them again.

From the moment I spoke to Tony to book the job I knew we would be considered a valued customer. When Jason arrived, exactly on time, he was very polite and listened to the problem that we had. Having gained access to the pipework, he collected his tools and went to work. Within what seemed like minutes the job was done, there was no fuss and no mess just all in a days work.
