Superb! Big job, having all the double glazing serviced, and locks replaced. I also had all 11 failed glass units in the conservatory replaced. All done in a single day by Mark. He was on time, polite, quick and extremely professional. He also wiped the floor with the competition when he quoted. I paid the price he quoted and not a penny more, he even fixed an additional door whilst he was waiting without charge. Cant recommend Double Glazing Doctor high enough, will use again.

Mark offered a solution to my problem of how to replace the unit when it was too large to go up stairs and I thought I would need to buy a brand new window. He took the new unit over a flat roof leading to another bedroom, temporary removed that bedroom's glazed unit and passed the new unit through the open space. He then took out the blown unit, replaced it wilh the new one and then put back the other bedroom unit. He also replaced a large mirror for me. All in a morning, and work was 100%. Will use him again, no problem!
