Planning for conversion of Guesthouse into 4 flats

Consulted over new drive. Drew up plans and got them through planning department.
We consulted with Mike over plans for a hard standing area in front of our house. He drew up plans, happily revised them after discussions and then saw the plans through all the various stages with the planning committee and highways agency. He was at all times courteous, organised and efficient. He handled the whole process for us very well indeed. We confidently recommend him.
