Planning for conversion of Guesthouse into 4 flats

Consulted over new drive.  Drew up plans and got them through planning department.
We consulted with Mike over plans for a hard standing area in front of our house. He drew up plans, happily revised them after discussions and then saw the plans through all the various stages with the planning committee and highways agency. He was at all times courteous, organised and efficient. He handled the whole process for us very well indeed. We confidently recommend him.

Re-designed internal layout of a new-build.
Draft 2 Design re-designed the internal layout of an unusual new build house and provided solutions where others had failed regarding the best use of space and flow of rooms through the house. I consider this to be money well spent.  Mike Farrell has also made himself readily available to give me advice despite his limited involvement in the project as a whole. I would not hesitate to recommend this firm and intend to use them as architects for our next project.
