Would not hesitate to recommend Rob to anyone. Very polite and courteous and most of all helpful and informative. The work was completed to a very high standard and even though it involved digging up the lawn when he left you could not tell Rob had been on site, let alone dug up the lawn. He was also able to offer advice on possible replacement of an old soak away at reasonable cost and has also been very helpful answering questions / emails both before and after the work was done.

We were extremely impressed with Drainability. The work was completed on time and on quote, despite testing weather conditions. The work was carried out with the minimum impact on us and with great care taken to ensure that the garden was put back so that it was almost impossible to tell that any work had been done. Could not fault the work to the drain, and the block paving was made good to a very sound standard. The work to the down pipe was a little unsightly (although to be fair Rob was not expecting to have to move the down pipe and did make an effort to leave it in a satisfactory condition) Overall I would recommend.

The thing I liked best about Rob was that he took the trouble to listen to the particular problems I had (e.g. was going to be out of the country for a couple of months during the time the work needed to be done) and went out of his way to help sort them out on my behalf Everything went perfectly and one great advantage not mentioned prior to the installation is that our previously slightly whiffy septic tank no longer smells at all. Thanks Rob!
