Drain Hero is a family run & operated business with over 20 years experience in the industry.
We offer a 24/7, 365 days a year service and are well equipped to attend emergency call outs whatever the weather. So if you've got a burst pipe and are in an isolated area, we can and will attend (as every Hero would!!)
There is no call out charge, just a fixed half hourly rate with no VAT. We can also provide free no obligation quotations.
So whether you are a residential, commercial or Industrial customer, we can offer you a complete drainage & plumbing service. No Job is too big or too small. From solving one off blockages to quarterly or annual service maintenance contracts, we can work to meet the needs of your requirements.
We pride ourselves on our customer service and receive a good percentage of our work from recommendations and regular contract customers. We hope to be able to add you to our ever growing list of customer satisfaction.

Investigated Septic Tank Overflow

Grant did a brilliant job. He arrived when he said he would and made every effort to get to the bottom of the problem. He gave helpful and knowledgeable advice and was always looking out for the most cost effective solution. I'd recommend Grant very highly indeed.
