Attended quickly on Saturday and cleared tree routes blocking the sewer. Following a CCTV inspection the engineer recommended relining the pipe to seal the broken joints. This was done on Monday and took half the time he had estimated. I thought the price was a little high and was surprised to discover that it hadn't included the VAT, this should have been explained. Otherwise the work seems to be excellent.

We needed someone to check out the drains when they were blocked on Saturday. We spoke to Drainline at 2pm and they had someone there before 4pm, how many companies would do that on a Saturday? Drainline did all they could but it was the main drains that were blocked and we needed to get the water board out. I would highly recommend Drainline to others.
