The guys turned up spot on time, as before when I have used them. They got on with the work and cracked on until finished. They were polite and respectful of my house, putting down sheets under all working areas and tidied up before leaving. Their rates are very reasonable. They are a good local small business which I would gladly recommend to anyone. Certainly they are my number one choice for electrical work

Excellent job carried out efficiently with minimum disruption. After completion of the job, everything was tidied away. The electrician was even unperturbed by a parade of neighbourhood pets sauntering in and out of the house while he was working! Would definitely use again.

The work was completed in the time estimated. During the week I returned to the house a couple of times, was well informed of progress and was comfortable to ask questions as everyone was polite and friendly. On completion I was talked through how to test the consumer board and received the certificate promptly. Thank you Derek and team for an excellent job I had been worried about the disruption to the walls etc and was very pleased at the efforts made to tidy up and make good.

I have worked in and with the construction industry for 40 years. Derek is among a handful of skilled, diligent and value for money tradesmen I would recommend without hesitation. He also has a competent support team. He has proper formal qualifications that back up his work, unlike some other sparks, who try to give that impression. On the commercial side, his price was very reasonable, and he dealt with unexpected necessary additional work in a very satisfactory way. He explained everything as it was going on, figured out there had been some mistakes in the wiring for the lights in the two rooms affected, tested and checked everything thoroughly and gave me advice for the future too. Would definitely recommend DRC Electrical Services, as Derek turned up when he said he would to quote, which is always a good start. All the work was carried on time, to the quote and neatly finished. Derek was also very knowledgeable and provided information that previous tradesmen should have informed me of. A first class job.
