These doors are made from Grade1 Mediumdensity fibreboard MDF which is an engineered wood product formed by breaking down hardwood or softwood residuals into wood fibres. This is far denser than chipboard, used by a large number of mass production manufacturers in lower quality doors. Covering is high quality vinyl, High Gloss in this instance.

This company was pleasant to deal with but we are disappointed with some of the finished result - there is a difference of 1/4" between the ends of a run of four cupboard doors, light shows through between the moulding and the bottom of the cupboards. We had leaks from the new sink and the job took over two months to finally complete.

The makeover was completed on time and the customer signed off the work the following day, however, the customer reported that the sink had an intermittent small leak that we couldn't find even after several visits ( it simply wouldn't leak whenever we were on site ) but this was finally traced to the overflow and was then resolved. We are proud of our personal service, everything raised was attended to and resolved as soon as possible.

Very disappointed, they promised extra care but one man on his own, struggling to cope. Caused negligent damage (carefully hidden) I tried to be nice and praised their simple carpentry but to no avail. We we're rushed to sign the acceptance form. The only promise they carried out was "no liability" in our case the claims of excellence in their brochure were not forth coming.

The order was placed and on installation we were told that the work tops were not liked. However after giving the customer options the customer decided that we complete the installation as ordered. We did arrive 15 minutes later than expected but the customer was called and advised we were running a little late. The installation was completed on the day and the customer praised the workmanship of the fitter as “excellent”. The “negligent damage” was a few cracked tiles which we tried to repair, the customer was told prior to the order that there was no guarantee that tiles would not crack during installation which was accepted. The cracked tiles were pointed out to the customer at the end of the installation and no complaint was raised. There was no rush on my part regarding the completion certificate, customer was simply asked to inspect the work and sign if they were happy. Anyone can see that we have many good feedbacks on checkatrade.
