Both my wife and I were 100% pleased with the service that Dream Doors provided us with. They made helpful suggestions before the work was commenced and the fitter was similarly helpful. Our daughter and son-in-law saw the finished result, heard our favourable comments, and are currently awaiting a written estimate for similar, but more extensive work by Dream Doors in their own home. A very minor remedial item was required, this was attended to by the original fitter and was carried out promptly.

Kitchen was installed three years ago and the faulty carousel unit was well out of warranty yet Chris arranged for an engineer to call within a week and repaired the unit entirely free of charge. The engineer, Tony, was cheerful, friendly and obviously enjoyed his work. All in all a first rate experience from this company.

Absolutely superb. Words really fail me. Had a problem in the afternoon last Friday, return telephone call by manager to say that he would be with us in 10 minutes. He was. Photographed the fault and arranged for engineer to call Monday 8.30 am to 9 am. He came and removed the broken bits back to his workshop. Returned at 11 am with mended item which he fitted. All this on a system that the firm installed in 2006. Thanks.

Real wood doors will unfortunately always require more care than their modern vinyl equivalents, especially light coloured woods. We have noted this valid comment and will ensure that customers choosing real wood are reminded that wood kitchens need to be treated the same as all other wooden furniture i.e. water spills need to be dried off so that they do not affect the finish. Wood has a unique beauty but is a natural product and has its own care requirements. We have discussed these with the customer and have hopefully successfully addressed the issue.
