This was a request for our LED lighting systems which is displayed within our showroom which is offered as an additional feature within the overall design of our complete kitchen packages and they are fitted by our qualified installation engineers. Not sold as a standalone product.
Prior to ordering any product we would perform a survey on site to ensure he correct material is ordered and the quotation would reflect the customers’ requirements. This is all done in conjunction with the kitchen surveys through to the final installation process.
Under normal circumstances we would never offer any product for sale without performing a site survey to establish the overall requirements and a cost effective solutions to successfully complete any project.
In this instance the customer wanted to buy the product and insisted he wanted it to be installed by his own electrician and builder. He explained that he wanted lighting for three separate areas in his kitchen. We put together a list of material as instructed and we were informed we were 50% cheaper than any other company. At this stage the customer paid in full and instructed us to place the order. To assist the installation we offered instruction to the electrician which was also declined.
